We have decided to have live people answering phones instead of voice systems. So we are looking for people to answer phones in their own homes.

After researching voice technologies since 1985 with IBM and the Olivetti Typewriter Corporation of Italy and trying many voice technologies since then we have come to the conclusion voice systems are too frustrating and real people talking to real people is much more user friendly.

We still want to include people that don't have a computer. Public Libraries offer an hour a day or more in some smaller libraries.
