According to FCC rulings a Disclaimer page must be present outlining the terms of the agreement.  For any purchase over $15 a warrantee or guarantee must be given. 

Due to the nature of downloadable copyrighted materials there will be no refund for the downloaded file or CD due to copyright and pirating considerations. Besides it is a free download.

If you do not want the printed book after ordering it consider giving it to someone who might want it. If not, you can return it to us if it is in "pristine" like new condition with no pages missing or bent.

Consider the fact that all the income is going to pay for; downloading, advertising and merchant services and operating fees printing costs, web presence, attorneys, hardware, software and time spent on the project by over 100 people over a 27 year period.

It costs a lot to give something away for free.
